11. Importing products

If during the configuration of auto-update (point 8) the "Add new products" option was selected, all products from My List meeting the conditions introduced during the integration (such as the minimum stock level) will be added to the store.

Otherwise products need to be added to the store manually. To do this, use the full update, which can be accessed from the "Updates" button for selected integration.

Depending on whether you want to add new products individually or in larger groups, you can select a range of products to be updated. Regardless of the selected option, starting a full update session allows for individual selection of the updated parameters:

The above fields, however, only apply to products already existing in the store. New products are always added to the store with all the information provided by the wholesaler, so when adding them, you can leave only the default fields checked.

In the case of updating individual products, information about the course of the update is presented directly next to the selected products. This allows you to check whether the selected conditions are checked correctly:

In the case of sessions covering selected categories or producers, their course can be monitored using the update history.
