Auto update history

The automatic update history, as in the case of a full update, is serving mainly diagnostic role, allowing us to quickly locate the source of possible errors during the products update.

However in the case of an auto update tracking the history is much less important, due to the much smaller scale of its work (it only operates on products recently edited by the warehouse that are already available in the store, modifying only the stock, activity and price).

Apart from extreme, very rare situations, such as an incorrect price it the wholesaler's file, so that the product ends up in the store with a retail price lower than the wholesale price, the chance of encountering a disturbing anomaly during the automatic update is negligible.

How do I check information available in history?

The update history includes a complete list of recent updates with their start date and a record of the products that have been missed, edited and that caused the error.

A detailed list of all products processed during the update is available after clicking the "Details" button. If an error occurred during the update, you can try using the "Retry failed" button.

If the problem persists, feel free to contact us - sending a screenshot with the error code (available in "Details" after selecting the "Failed" filter) will allow us to start working on a solution immediately.
