The main purpose of the automatic update is to refresh basic product informations such as price and stock on a regular basis. It can also check for new products on My List and automatically run a full update to add them to your store.
A dedicated card in the integration settings allows you to select the updated parameters, determine the update interval (we recommend this value to be equal to the frequency of data download from the warehouse selected in point 2), and the minimum stock level (when updating the "activity" parameter, products with the indicated or lower stock status will be hidden in the store), as well as enabling notifications in the event of errors.
It is worth paying attention to the "My Product List" section - it contains those products from the wholesalers offer that are taken into account during updates sent to the store.
Automatic update can add to it all products available in the warehouse or those from selected categories / from selected manufacturers. During the initial setup, we recommend to select "I will select products manually" to have full control over what goes into the store.
