Full update history

History is primarily designed to be a diagnostic tool for our technical team to verify any errors that occured when adding products to your store.

However, we think that it also has value for our customers, due to the fact that:

  • it allows to track the update progress - in the case of updating all attributes for a database of several thousand products, this process may take up to several hours

  • it allows to check which products were added incorrectly - you can quickly eliminate incorrectly added / updated products from the store

  • it allows to check how many products have been added and how many have been omitted - criteria introduced by the client may significantly reduce the number of imported products; using the history, you can verify how many products did not meet them

How do I check information available in history?

The update history contains a complete list of recent updates with their start date and a record of the products that were missed, added and that caused the error.

A detailed list of all products processed during the update is available after clicking the "Details" button. If an error occurred during the update, you can try using the "Retry failed" button.

If the problem persists, feel free to contact us - sending a screenshot with the error code (available in "Details" after selecting the "Failed" filter) will allow us to start working on a solution immediately.
